The kinesiologist is the health professional who prescribes appropriate physical exercises for treatment (or prevention) purposes.

Kinesiology treatments are for you if you have pain that is still present 3 months or more after your injury, or if you have a chronic pain syndrome.
Interventions in kinesiology make it possible to:

  • Tendinopathy (“tendinitis”)
